Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive training and develop essential skills for a career in the offshore energy sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting various offshore operations, learning directly from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required training programs and safety inductions.
- Assist senior crew members with routine maintenance and operational tasks on offshore platforms or vessels.
- Learn and adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment.
- Perform manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision after receiving proper training.
Required Skills
- No prior offshore experience required; full training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in challenging environments.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all operational procedures.
- Basic understanding of English for communication and safety instructions.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Any previous experience in a physically demanding role (e.g., construction, manufacturing, agriculture).
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
