Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Car Valeter / Wash Attendant to join our busy team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, crucial for maintaining the pristine condition of our diverse fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to delivering a high standard of vehicle cleanliness. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, both internally and externally, and ready for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washing, waxing, and drying of vehicles.
- Clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces.
- Detail vehicle exteriors and interiors to Enterprise's high standards.
- Check and replenish fluid levels (windshield washer fluid, oil, etc.) as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report them to management.
- Safely move and park vehicles within the lot and to service bays.
- Manage and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work efficiently to meet daily vehicle turnaround targets.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate various vehicle types, including automatics and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car valeting, detailing, or a similar automotive role.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
- Customer service orientation.
