Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail operations. You will support the day-to-day running of our e-commerce platforms, learning critical skills in content management, order fulfillment, customer experience, and digital merchandising. This role is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in e-commerce and gain practical knowledge within a well-established retail brand. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the update and maintenance of product listings and promotional content on our e-commerce website.
- Support in monitoring website performance and identifying areas for improvement in user experience.
- Help coordinate with various departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
- Participate in testing new website features and functionalities before deployment.
- Contribute to analyzing sales data and customer feedback to inform operational decisions.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the e-commerce team as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital retail.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel).
