Job Description

This is an entry-level position that requires absolutely no prior experience in air traffic control. Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified Air Traffic Controllers by performing clerical and administrative duties to support operations.
- Monitor automated equipment and computer systems, reporting any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of air traffic control activities.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with controllers, pilots (under supervision), and other airport personnel.
- Learn and apply complex air traffic control procedures and regulations.
- Perform routine tasks such as flight plan processing, data entry, and information retrieval.
- Participate actively in all required training programs and demonstrate continuous learning.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- United States Citizenship.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination and drug screening.
- Successful completion of a background investigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn and adapt to complex systems and procedures quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- No prior air traffic control experience required – full training provided.
