Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible weekend role in a dynamic retail environment? Next Plc in Dundee is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Weekend Fitting Room Attendant to join our team. In this entry-level position, you’ll be crucial in ensuring our customers have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, so no prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and directing them to available fitting rooms.
- Managing fitting room capacity and ensuring an organised flow of customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness within the fitting room area, including returning hangers and misplaced items.
- Assisting customers with item counts and offering additional assistance as needed.
- Re-hanging garments neatly and efficiently, preparing them for return to the sales floor.
- Answering basic customer queries or directing them to sales assistants for more detailed help.
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to management promptly.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
