Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Exhibition Assistant to support our events team in Mansfield. This role is ideal for an organized individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the events industry. You will play a crucial part in the successful planning, execution, and breakdown of various exhibitions, ensuring a smooth experience for exhibitors and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the logistical planning and coordination of exhibition events, including venue setup and teardown.
- Support the events team in managing exhibitor inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare and organize event materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Provide on-site support during exhibitions, including registration desk duties and attendee assistance.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and setup of event equipment.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting, including collecting feedback.
- Maintain accurate event documentation and databases.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all exhibition activities.
Required Skills
