Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cobbler to join our dedicated team at The Sole Revival Co. in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of footwear construction, repair techniques, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of shoe repair services, from simple heel and sole replacements to complex leather refurbishments and custom work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive shoe and boot repairs, including resoling, re-heeling, stitching, and patching.
- Work with various materials such as leather, rubber, and synthetic compounds.
- Operate and maintain a range of specialized cobbling machinery and hand tools.
- Assess footwear damage and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
- Advise customers on footwear care and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of repair materials and order supplies as needed.

Required Skills
