Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our innovative team in Phoenix. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate complex business processes across various departments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze processes for automation feasibility, and implement robust, scalable, and efficient RPA bots. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA technologies.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using leading platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.
- Develop process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of automated solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing RPA processes.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices for RPA development.
- Document technical specifications, test plans, and project deliverables.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong understanding of programming concepts (e.g., .NET, C#, Python, Java).
- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with database concepts (SQL).
Preferred Qualifications
- RPA developer certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
