Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Remote Dispatcher / Roadside Assistance Agent, handling inbound calls from customers in need of roadside support. This is a 100% remote position where you will be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing vehicle troubles, ranging from flat tires and lockouts to jump starts and towing. You will listen empathetically, assess situations quickly, and dispatch the appropriate assistance efficiently. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to handle all scenarios and deliver exceptional service from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to a high volume of inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance.
  • Accurately identify customer needs and determine the appropriate service to dispatch.
  • Utilize computer systems to log call details, dispatch service providers, and track service progress.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions and updates to customers regarding their service request.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers to ensure timely and efficient assistance.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and dispatch activities.
