Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Hotel Management & Hospitality Intern at our prestigious luxury resort in Cambridge, MA. This internship offers a unique opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals to gain hands-on experience across various departments within a world-class luxury setting. You will work closely with experienced leaders, learn the intricacies of hotel operations, and contribute to delivering the legendary Four Seasons service. This is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and development for individuals passionate about a career in luxury hospitality, with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
  • Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registration procedures.
  • Participate in food and beverage service, gaining exposure to restaurant operations, room service, and event catering.
  • Observe and learn housekeeping and facilities management best practices, understanding operational efficiency.
  • Aid in administrative tasks across various departments, such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and organizing data.
  • Shadow departmental managers to understand leadership roles and decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the resort.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • A proactive, customer-service oriented mindset and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
