Job Description
We are actively seeking skilled and compassionate Allied Health Professionals to join our esteemed team at RWJBarnabas Health. We are looking for dedicated professionals in various allied health fields, including but not limited to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Technology, Radiology Technology, and Respiratory Therapy. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions or diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Required Skills
- Hold a relevant degree or diploma in an allied health discipline from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility for U.S. professional licensure in your specific allied health field (e.g., eligibility to sit for the NPTE, NBCOT, ASCP, ARRT exams).
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care excellence and safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic health record documentation.
- Willingness to undergo necessary training and credentialing processes for U.S. practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active professional licensure in your home country.
- Prior experience (at least 2 years) in a clinical setting related to your allied health discipline.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Demonstrated cultural competency and adaptability to new environments.
