Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our marketing team as a Real Estate Marketing Flyer Distributor. This active role involves distributing promotional flyers and marketing materials to residential areas within assigned walking routes throughout Corvallis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a dynamic real estate team. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute real estate marketing flyers and brochures door-to-door within designated residential neighborhoods.
- Adhere to assigned walking routes and distribution schedules.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the company.
- Ensure all marketing materials are distributed neatly and appropriately.
- Report on completed routes and any observed issues or feedback.
- Maintain an understanding of local areas and property types to effectively distribute relevant materials.
- Work independently and manage time effectively to complete daily tasks.
