Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review e-learning courses for accuracy, clarity, and grammatical errors.
- Test course functionality, navigation, and user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Provide constructive feedback on content, design, and overall engagement.
- Identify and report technical bugs or inconsistencies in the learning platform.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the e-learning development team to implement improvements.
