Job Description
Join Pacific Grout & Tile Solutions as a Tile Grout Cleaning Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy manual labor, and are looking to start a career in specialized cleaning services. No prior experience in tile and grout cleaning is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. You will learn professional techniques for deep cleaning, sealing, and restoring various tile and grout surfaces in residential and commercial settings. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of tile and grout surfaces using specialized equipment and solutions.
- Assist lead technicians in assessing and preparing work areas.
- Apply sealants and protective coatings as instructed.
- Maintain and clean all equipment and tools after use.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Load and unload equipment and supplies from company vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site.
