Job Description

Economical Insurance is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Insurance Claims Adjuster Trainee for a desk-based role. No prior experience in insurance or claims is required! We provide comprehensive, full-scale training to equip you with all the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this vital role. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will learn to manage property and auto claims from initial report to resolution, providing empathetic support to policyholders during challenging times. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program to learn claims adjusting processes and procedures.
- Investigate and assess minor property and auto insurance claims under guidance, gathering necessary information and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, brokers, and third parties to explain coverage, manage expectations, and provide status updates.
- Document all claim activities thoroughly and accurately in the claims management system.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and service standards throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior adjusters and team members to ensure efficient claim resolution and policyholder satisfaction.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
