Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Grant Writing Assistant to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute significantly to our mission from the comfort of your home. You will play a crucial role in supporting our grant acquisition efforts, helping to secure vital funding for programs that uplift communities and individuals. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and other fundraising materials.
  • Gather and organize supporting documentation, data, and statistics for grant applications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of grant submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to obtain necessary information for proposals.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and final reports for awarded grants.
  • Stay informed about current trends in philanthropy and grant funding.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to grant development as needed.
