Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic moulding machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Inspect moulded parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Trim, deburr, and finish plastic components as required.
- Package finished products and prepare them for further processing or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines diligently.
- Assist senior operators and technicians with machine setup and troubleshooting as needed.
- Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
