Job Description
Are you looking for a straightforward role that offers excellent pay and provides essential support to construction sites? Lendlease Group is seeking a dedicated Traffic Marshall to manage vehicle and pedestrian flow at our dynamic site in Gosford, NSW. This is an ‘easy to learn’ position, ideal for someone with strong common sense, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for everyone on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Directing vehicles, plant, and pedestrian traffic safely around the construction site.
- Ensuring all site visitors and deliveries follow designated routes.
- Communicating clearly with vehicle operators, site personnel, and the public.
- Monitoring and managing traffic flow to prevent congestion and hazards.
- Adhering strictly to site safety procedures and protocols.
- Reporting any incidents, hazards, or unsafe practices immediately to site management.
- Assisting with general site duties as required to support smooth operations.
