Job Description

PCL Construction is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Construction Site Sweeper in Lethbridge, Alberta. No CSCS or OSHA certifications are required to start – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are safe and effective in your role. Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual sweeping and cleanup of construction sites, removing debris, dust, and waste materials.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment as required (e.g., brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows).
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Empty waste containers and ensure proper disposal of waste according to site regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any hazards or incidents to site supervisors immediately.
- Assist other team members with general labor tasks when needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

- No prior construction experience or certifications required – full training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
