Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and community-focused individuals to join our team as a Government Team Member. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting Australian citizens with their inquiries, applications, and support needs related to various government services. This is an on-site position within our Dandenong office, requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to public service. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients, contributing directly to the welfare of the Australian community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding government services and payments.
- Process applications, update client records, and manage documentation with high attention to detail.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Guide clients through online services and self-service options.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all government policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and achieve team objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on service offerings and policy changes.
