Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate WFH Copywriter to join our fully remote team. This role is perfect for a creative wordsmith with a flair for advertising and branding, who can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across a multitude of platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing brand voices, executing campaign messaging, and ensuring our clients’ stories are told with impact and originality. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and original copy for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, press releases, and video scripts.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and account managers to understand client objectives and deliver on brief.
- Research industry trends, client competitors, and target audiences to inform content strategy and tone.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands and target demographics.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably within an advertising or brand agency setting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand communication.
- Ability to craft engaging narratives and persuasive calls to action.
- Proficiency in adapting tone and style for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Excellent research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
