Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our bustling boutique team immediately. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our valued customers and plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and an inviting atmosphere. You will manage incoming communications, provide administrative support, and offer outstanding assistance to our clientele, contributing significantly to our boutique’s renowned customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors upon arrival, providing immediate assistance and guidance.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area and common spaces.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations, ensuring optimal calendar management.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Process sales transactions and returns efficiently and accurately, using our POS system.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and assist customers with their queries, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Support the sales team with various tasks, contributing to a collaborative and successful environment.
