Job Description
Ryan Homes is seeking a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Show Home Host / Greeter to welcome prospective homebuyers to our beautiful model homes in the Buffalo, NY area. This vital part-time role operates primarily on weekends and is perfect for individuals who possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service within a high-end, professional sales environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, making a lasting positive impression and ensuring a comfortable and informative experience as they explore our meticulously designed show homes. This position requires reliability, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to maintain the pristine appearance of our model homes. Full training on our communities and standards will be provided to ensure your success in this professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the show home with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide general information about the community, available floor plans, and amenities without engaging in detailed sales discussions.
- Qualify visitors by gathering essential contact information and understanding their interests for the sales team.
- Maintain the immaculate appearance and readiness of the show home, including light tidying, ensuring all lights are on, and checking for supplies.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the show home each day, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales Consultant team to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Answer basic questions about home features and community lifestyle.
- Monitor and manage visitor flow to ensure a pleasant and unhurried experience for all guests.
