Job Description
Wrest Point Hotel Casino is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Poolside Attendants for the upcoming summer season. This is an exciting temporary opportunity perfect for those looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality and leisure industry. We welcome applicants with no prior experience as full training will be provided, including preparation towards lifeguard qualifications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at our state-of-the-art aquatic facilities, providing excellent service and maintaining a pristine environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to rules.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, assisting with towels, seating, and inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas.
- Assist with the setup and pack down of pool amenities.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervision.
- Participate in training sessions, including those for lifeguard certification.
- Handle light administrative tasks as needed, such as towel inventory.
