Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Channel Marketing Specialist – Digital to join our growing marketing team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to support our channel partners and drive customer acquisition and retention across various digital touchpoints. You will work closely with sales, product, and broader marketing teams to ensure our digital campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns specifically for Telstra's channel partners.
- Manage and optimize digital content, including web pages, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising for partner enablement.
- Provide digital marketing support and resources to channel partners, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
- Analyze digital campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop compelling digital marketing collateral and sales tools.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in digital marketing to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external channel partners.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with Telstra's brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on channel marketing or partner marketing.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging digital content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
