Job Description

Limestone Coast Precision Metals is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Metal Polisher Assistant to join our dedicated team in Mount Gambier. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled Metal Polishers with various tasks, including surface preparation, grinding, and finishing of metal components.
- Learn and apply different polishing techniques and processes under direct supervision.
- Load and unload parts from polishing machinery and equipment.
- Clean and degrease metal components thoroughly before and after polishing.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, as instructed.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general workshop duties, material handling, and inventory organisation as required.
