Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Marketing Lead to spearhead marketing initiatives for a key portfolio within our consumer goods division. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand development, market penetration, and driving growth in competitive landscapes. You will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring our brands resonate deeply with Australian consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies and campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development and market research to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and external agencies.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management, recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing within the consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian consumer landscape and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and e-commerce strategies.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or MBA.
