Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PPC / SEM Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various search engines and platforms. You will work closely with our Senior PPC Specialists and clients to ensure campaign objectives are met, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of our clients’ digital advertising efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of digital advertising looking to advance their career in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets and bids to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing clear insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC and SEM industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and social media teams to ensure integrated digital strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through Google Analytics and other tools.
Required Skills
- 18 months of experience in a digital marketing or PPC-focused role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Experience with Bing Ads or other PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior agency experience.
