Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Barbershop Sweeper / Front Desk associate. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys a bustling environment and interacting with people. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of our busy shop, ensuring a top-notch experience for our clients. This entry-level position offers immediate start, hands-on training, and the exciting opportunity to earn cash tips daily!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a pristine and hygienic barbershop environment by sweeping hair regularly and performing general cleaning duties throughout the day.
- Sanitize barber chairs, tools, and work stations between clients.
- Manage the front desk, greet clients warmly, and assist with check-ins and scheduling appointments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist barbers with tidying up their stations and preparing for the next client.
- Ensure waiting areas are clean and organized.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Support the overall team effort to ensure efficient barbershop operations.
