Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to join us as a Battery Recycling Operative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the rapidly growing green energy sector, offering specialist training to equip you with the skills needed to excel. As an Operative, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient processing of various types of batteries, contributing directly to our mission of environmental sustainability. No prior experience in battery recycling is required; we provide comprehensive training focused on high safety standards and efficient operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely handle, sort, and process incoming battery materials according to strict protocols.
- Operate and monitor specialized recycling machinery and equipment after comprehensive training.
- Conduct routine quality checks on processed materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate actively in all required safety training sessions and uphold the highest safety standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or process deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
