Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Insights Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to kickstart their career in business intelligence and data analytics within a leading retail group. Working 100% remotely, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Insights team by collecting, processing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of data from various sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of regular business reports and dashboards.
- Conduct preliminary analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of insights for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for data processes and reporting methodologies.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance analytical skills.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, functions).
