Job Description
Are you passionate about cars and eager to start a career in the automotive industry? Tasca Automotive Group is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Car Detailers. No prior experience is required! We believe in investing in our employees and will provide comprehensive, full training to ensure you have all the skills needed to excel in this role. As a Car Detailer, you will play a crucial part in preparing vehicles to meet our high standards, ensuring every car looks its absolute best for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and wiping surfaces.
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors to a high shine, removing dirt, grime, and minor imperfections.
- Clean and recondition tires, wheels, and wheel wells.
- Apply protective coatings and sealants to vehicle surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and detail quality, ensuring all areas meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with moving vehicles within the lot as needed.
- Learn and apply best practices for vehicle detailing through provided training.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manual labor or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
