Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients/members with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, behavior, or health to senior care staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients/members.
- Help with light household duties and tidying as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a sense of dignity and well-being.
- Accurately document care provided and observations made.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development programs.
