Job Description

This is an entry-level position where **no prior experience is required**. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training and will support you in obtaining your Care Certificate. You will be responsible for providing essential daily support and companionship to our clients, helping them maintain independence and a high quality of life within their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Provide support with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as meal preparation, tidying, and laundry.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
  • Adhere to care plans, policies, and procedures set forth by Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
