Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kick-start your career in the construction industry? We are seeking a diligent and reliable Construction Site Sweeper to join our team in Coalville. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals who are committed to safety, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment on our active construction sites. No prior experience or specific certifications like CSCS or OSHA are required to begin; full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly sweep and clear construction areas, pathways, and common zones to remove debris, waste, and potential hazards.
- Assist with general site tidiness and organisation, ensuring materials are stored correctly and safely.
- Empty waste bins and manage refuse collection points across the site.
- Report any potential hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions to site management promptly.
- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Support site teams with basic manual tasks as required to maintain a clean and operational environment.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
