Job Description

No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, paid certification and on-the-job training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel in this exciting field. You will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art cryotherapy chambers and infrared saunas, ensuring client safety and comfort, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cryotherapy chambers and infrared saunas according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Educate clients on the benefits and procedures of cryotherapy and sauna treatments.
- Ensure client safety and comfort throughout their session, providing clear instructions and supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment, sanitizing between clients.
- Schedule client appointments and manage client records accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
