Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic DAO Governance & Operations Intern to join our innovative team in Perth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving world of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) within a major financial institution. You will support the exploration, research, and operational aspects of DAO structures and governance models, contributing to strategic initiatives that leverage blockchain technology. This is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship, ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the blockchain and fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching various DAO governance models, structures, and best practices.
- Support the team in analyzing the operational frameworks and technical requirements for potential DAO implementations.
- Contribute to the documentation of governance proposals, voting mechanisms, and operational workflows.
- Participate in internal workshops and discussions related to blockchain, Web3, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Help monitor and report on trends and developments within the DAO ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how DAO principles can integrate with existing financial systems.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects within the innovation and emerging technology division.
