Job Description
Are you looking to start a rewarding career in manufacturing with a global leader? Saputo Inc. is seeking dedicated and eager individuals to join our production team as an Entry-Level Factory Production Worker. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success! In this role, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring the efficient and safe production of our high-quality dairy products. This position involves working rotating shifts, which may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends, and is critical to our continuous operation. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and cleaning of production lines.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (even unrelated, a plus but not required).
