Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Consultant to join our Managed Services team. This high-paying role is crucial for delivering expert data insights and solutions to our diverse client base within a managed services framework. You will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics techniques, developing robust data models, and providing actionable recommendations that drive strategic business outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting acumen, and a passion for turning complex data into clear, valuable insights. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions for managed services clients.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into analytical tools and platforms.
- Perform complex data analysis, identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to client business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancement for existing data analytics solutions within a managed services model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into broader client strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and managed services.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytical processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data governance principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning.
- Experience working in a consulting or managed services environment.
- Certifications in relevant data analytics or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
