Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and community-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Facebook Group Admin. In this entry-level, part-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment within our official HubSpot user Facebook group. Your primary goal will be to moderate posts, ensure compliance with group guidelines, and foster a supportive space where users can connect and share insights. Full training on our community guidelines and moderation tools will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about online communities and eager to gain experience in digital community management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor and moderate posts and comments within the Facebook group to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
  • Approve pending posts, ensuring content is relevant and appropriate.
  • Engage with group members, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions to encourage active participation.
  • Identify and address spam, inappropriate content, or rule violations promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and community management teams to implement new initiatives and provide feedback on group health.
  • Assist in maintaining a friendly, helpful, and inclusive atmosphere for all group members.
  • Report on key moderation metrics and community engagement trends as required.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Facebook platform features and group functionalities.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
