Job Description
Mirvac is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Display Home Host to join our team in Parramatta. This part-time role is crucial for creating a memorable and welcoming experience for visitors to our stunning display homes. You will be the first point of contact, showcasing the quality and lifestyle our properties offer, primarily during weekend hours. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a premium brand in a professional environment and contribute to our sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the display home.
- Provide a professional and knowledgeable tour of the display home features, layouts, and benefits.
- Accurately answer visitor questions regarding the property, community, and surrounding amenities.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the display home at all times.
- Collect visitor details and log inquiries into the CRM system.
- Distribute marketing materials and brochures to interested parties.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Mirvac brand with professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and well-presented demeanor.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for weekend shifts.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM experience a plus but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping people.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles.
- An interest in real estate, home design, or property development.
- Knowledge of the local Parramatta area and its amenities.
- Ability to speak additional languages (desirable but not required).
