Job Description
Are you a friendly, energetic individual looking for an immediate opportunity to join a fast-paced team? Chick-fil-A Roswell Road is seeking a dedicated Drive-Thru Window Bag Passer to provide our valued guests with a quick, accurate, and friendly experience. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start working right away and learn the ropes of the fast-food industry. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a warm, genuine smile and friendly demeanor.
- Verify order accuracy before handing food bags to guests.
- Efficiently and accurately pass food orders to drive-thru customers.
- Ensure all necessary condiments, napkins, and utensils are included with each order.
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru window area.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Chick-fil-A's core values.
