Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from individuals in crisis with empathy and professionalism.
- Actively listen to callers, assess their immediate needs, and provide emotional support.
- Follow established protocols for crisis intervention, de-escalation, and referral to appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Adhere to all safeguarding and data protection policies.
