Job Description

Ampol Australia in Shepparton is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Driveway Attendant for Casual Support. This is an entry-level position, perfect for those with no prior experience who are eager to learn and grow within the retail and automotive service industry. You will be the friendly face of Ampol, assisting customers and ensuring our service station operates smoothly and efficiently. Full training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers on the forecourt.
- Help customers with fuel dispensing and other services as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the driveway and outdoor areas.
- Assist with basic pump maintenance checks and reporting issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and guiding customers.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Support the wider service station team as required.
