Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as an Electroplating Assistant. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in specialized manufacturing, with no prior experience required. We will provide comprehensive, hands-on training in all aspects of electroplating processes, safety protocols, and quality control. You will work closely with experienced technicians, supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy electroplating department. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced electroplating technicians in preparing materials and equipment for plating processes.
- Monitor plating baths and equipment, reporting any issues or abnormalities to senior staff.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
- Handle and prepare parts for plating, including racking, masking, and jigging.
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished parts to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as required.
- Participate actively in all provided training programs.
