Join our team as a Federal Supply Depot Worker! Lockheed Martin is seeking dedicated individuals to support critical federal supply chain operations in our San Jose depot. Key Responsibilities

• Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely after successful completion of training and certification.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records using established systems.
• Prepare items for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and loading onto trucks or other transport.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, federal regulations, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient depot operations.
• Assist with other general labor and facility maintenance tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned duties.
• Willingness to learn new skills, especially forklift operation, and commit to strict safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain any required federal clearances for contract work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
