Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Fintech Software Developer to join our innovative team within the digital banking sector. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure fintech applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical stack.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or Go.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with API design and development (RESTful services).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for full-stack development roles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
