Job Description
Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in logistics? Woolworths Group in Maryborough is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Forklift Trainees. No prior forklift license or experience is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with the skills and certification needed to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided forklift operation and safety training programs.
- Learn to safely operate various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck) under supervision.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products within the warehouse.
- Support inventory management through accurate counting and placement of goods.
- Perform routine pre-operational checks and minor maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Required Skills
