Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Function Waiters to join our dynamic team for casual weekend shifts, with a particular focus on the upcoming busy wedding season. As a Function Waiter at Novotel Geelong, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless and exceptional service during various events, including weddings, conferences, and special celebrations. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a delightful dining experience, from setup to service and pack down.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up event spaces according to floor plans and client specifications.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout events.
- Assisting with the pack down and cleanup of event spaces post-event.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Responding promptly and politely to guest requests and inquiries.
- Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
