Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and eager to kickstart your career in the nail industry? Glow & Go Beauty Salon is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior / Assistant to join our growing team in Lisburn. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with little to no prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will work alongside experienced nail technicians, learning the trade from the ground up, assisting with daily salon operations, and ensuring our clients receive a top-notch experience. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, loves working with people, and is committed to learning and developing new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior nail technicians with client preparation and service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of workstations, tools, and salon premises
- Greet clients warmly, manage appointments, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience
- Prepare nail tools, products, and equipment for services
- Learn and practice various nail care techniques under supervision
- Support inventory management, including stocking shelves and notifying management of low supplies
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with retail sales of nail care products
- Adhere to all salon policies and safety regulations
